Third Time is a Charm!

After two tries of setting up an appointment, Lara getting her boys dressed for photos, and then getting rained out both times. We were finally able to photograph her kids on the third try. I guess the third time really is the charm!
Lara and I met a couple of years ago at storytime at Barnes and Nobles. Her oldest son, Charlie decided he would be my youngest daughters first kiss! So while playing with trains together, Charlie stole a kiss from Elora.
Now, I had the opportunity to photograph the little romeo. It will be a great little memory in her photo album.
Charlie and Caleb were a lot of fun to run around with at the Zoo. Charlie actually laughs hysterically on command. His parents have definitely taught him well when it comes to taking photos. Little Caleb took some time to warm up but after rolling around in the mud and climbing rocks, he sure has a sweet smile and beautiful dark eyes. Plus, there really is no other way to photograph a two-year-old unless they are covered in some sort of dirt. Thank you Lara for letting me photograph your sons and for rescheduling three times. Enjoy your sneak peek!

The Brown's Family

This weekend I was able to photograph the Brown's Family and their two adorable children. I love photographing kids and if I had my choice, I would chase down three-year-olds all day long if it meant I got that one perfect photo. This past weekend, that is exactly what I did. Rudy is three and he is the perfect little three-year-old. He had a lot of energy to burn off but he had the right idea because it was a great way to escape the mosquitoes!
It was so much fun photographing these children and their gorgeous blue eyes. Thank you SO much for letting me spend part of my day with them! I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!!! :)

Love comforteth like sunshine after rain...

After days of thunder, lighting, and massive amounts of rain, finally came the sun! Luckily, Dave and Ellen were lucky enough to have gorgeous weather on their wedding day. A beautiful, yet simplistic wedding outdoors. Great weather was a must!
I had the pleasure of photographing Dave and Ellen's wedding in Madison. I can not express how much fun I had photographing this group. Their family was hilarious and ultra friendly, they definitely made me feel right at home. A group of people as friendly as these and up for trying any photo I could think of, made for an awesome day! Thank you for allowing me to be part of your day and enjoy the sneak peek!!! :)
